Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your en route jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry back in its original en route pouch and gift box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
